Q2: What is the difference between thermosetting rhinestones and non-thermosetting flat back rhinestones?
Do they look the same?
A2: Yes, they look the same, but the difference is that there is hot melt adhesive on the back of the thermosetting rhinestone, which can be used as a thermal transfer pattern.
Can be ironed on clothing accessories. There is no hot-melt adhesive on the back of the flat-back rhinestone, which is used for nail art and mobile phone decoration.
Q3: Can I get samples or color cards for free?
A3: No problem. Free hot samples of different sizes and specifications are provided. We will give away a color card for new customers.
We usually provide trial orders for free. If you need other project color cards, we can proceed according to your requirements. :)
Q4: Lead-time and Freight
A4: We Only need 2-7 workdays for colors that we have in stock, 10-30 workdays for reproduction. Then we can ship by DHL, FedEx, UPS or TNT for you.
Q5: Terms of Payment
A5: T/T, Western Union, Money Gram. 30% deposit will be required before the mass production and 70% balance which will be paid before sending the order.
Q6: Wash Instructions
A6: All our products can withstand normal wash and wear. Recommended washing instructions are: turn inside out, wash delicate in cold water and tumble dry low or lay flat to dry. Please do not rub rhinestone products.
