A3: yes, they look almost same from the front, but different in the back. The hot fix rhinestones with hot melt glue on the back for heat transfer, which can be ironed on garment accessories. While the non hotfix flat back rhinestones without such hotfix glue on the back, with plated gloden or silver coating to protect from fading. Application for non hotfix rhinestones is wide, such as decoration for nail art, phone cases, shoes, various DIY projects.
